Who We Are

Axis Income Fund, LLC is a Florida limited liability company whose overall strategy is to pool funds from private investors to acquire and develop opportunistic properties located throughout the United States, primarily in the Southeast. Targeted property types include hotels, self-storage facilities, multi-family properties and retail shopping centers. The offering is being conducted under the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Regulation D, Rule 506(c) private offering exemption.

Our Process

Our highly experienced team specifically seeks properties in emerging markets with prospects of job and population growth. Currently, we plan to raise up to $25 million from Investors, with the option to increase to $50 million. The funds will be used to conduct due diligence, acquire, renovate, operate and ultimately dispose of the Properties. Axis Income Fund expects to leverage institutional, private or hard money loans as well as joint ventures with private equity firms to enhance its buying power.

Our Strategies

Axis Income Fund has two primary investment strategies:

  1. Buy and hold existing Properties for 3 to 5 years (the Reinvestment Period), after which they may be sold, or reinvested to acquire additional properties
  2. Develop Properties and sell them with a target turnaround time of 3 to 5 years (the Reinvestment Period)

After the Reinvestment Period, the initial capital contributions of Members will be returned, in full or in part, as individual Properties are refinanced or sold. Once all Properties have been liquidated, Axis Income Fund will be dissolved. Investors must be prepared to remain invested in Axis Income Fund until all Properties are sold and Axis Income Fund is dissolved, which is targeted to occur within approximately 5 years.
